Ad Hoc
Initial call out charge: £65 per/hour. We will establish what is wrong during this first hour and if feasible fix the issue during this initial hour. If it’s going to take more time, we will provide you a quote for the remainder of the works before going ahead.
Network Audit (Whole home health)
Network audit, including report and recommend changes/upgrades £89 this is for houses up to 4 bedrooms. Although this figure should suffice, for larger properties, or complex requirements we may have to charge extra, again we will advise you of this before any works are undertaken.
ISP Health Review
This can be a standalone service or as an addition to Network Audit. It involves the installation of a test node on your internet connection, which can be left for a period of time (7 or 14 days) to continuously test your Internet connection and identify any errors, latency or disconnects. Standalone £89, grouped with Network Audit for £159.
Training packages can be arranged at £30 per/hour, and bookable in blocks.
