Using a range of Apple devices — including Mac laptops and desktops, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watch, and smart home equipment — clients can explore the ecosystem first-hand before making any decisions.

From there, we guide them through the full journey:

• Choosing the right devices for their needs

• Purchasing with confidence

• Learning how to use macOS and iOS effectively

Training is delivered in a format that suits the client — from focused half-day bootcamps to structured programmes over several weeks (6, 8, or 12 weeks), allowing time to build real confidence.

From there, we handle the full setup and provide gentle, hands-on guidance to help them feel confident using features like FaceTime and other communication tools.

We also ensure their home has a reliable internet connection — whether that’s via landline broadband, FTTP, or cellular — so everything works exactly as it should.

Beyond setup, we remain on hand with ongoing support. If something isn’t working, we can assist remotely or visit in person as part of a monthly service — removing the need for family members to troubleshoot from afar.
